Master Tao He was born in Yun Yang County of City of Chong Qing. He graduated from Cheng Du Physical Education Institute, Department of Wushu, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wushu( Chinese Martial Arts), He is a world class Kung Fu coach, President of U.S.A. Wu Chi Kung Fu Academy, an Executive of International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association. He currently holds a 7th degree Black Belt in the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association. Before immigrating to the U.S., he was the Wushu Head Coach of Department of Patrol Police and Department of Physical Education in the City of Dong Guang, Guang Dong Province, President of Wushu Association, Referee of China National Wushu, Dragon and Lion Dancing, and an organizer of Kung Fu Competitions.

Master Tao He studied Shushan (O- Mei) style Wushu, Shuaijiao(Take down) and Qi Gong, starting from a tender young age, following internationally famous Wushu Grand Master, Professor Shou -Yu Liang. His attainments in fist as well in weapon, both of Internal Style and External Style, are very high. He possesses excellent skills in Wushu's Ti, Da, Shuai, Na, and many traditional fist and weapon routines. Starting from 1978, he has participated in many National and International Wushu (Kung Fu) competitions, and has won many gold medals and other highest honors. He has also published many expert level articles about Wushu, Qi Gong and Sanshou at many national and international Wushu magazines.

Master Tao He is well known and respected internationally. He was selected to be featured in "World Famous Wushu Experts Biography" "Modern Chinese Wushu Dictionary"and "Chinese Modern Wushu Celebrity Members", honors given only to those outstanding martial arts instructors by the People's Republic of China.

In his over 20 years of Chinese martial arts teaching career, the number of students, both in China and in U.S., that are taught by Master Tao He, has reached thousands. Master Tao He's students have won hundreds of Gold, Silver and Copper medals in national and international Kung Fu and Sanshou competitions, in both China and the States. Master Tao He is continuously working hard, hoping to bring Chinese Wushu to people all over the world.
